  • Scott City FFA & Alumni- breakfast, lunch, snacks ( inside showring area)
  • Krafty Kettle Corn- fresh popped Kettle Corn in a variety of flavors ( west entrance of SCAAC)
  • ​Happy Trails Brew Co- Coffee drinks, flavored ice tea and lemonade, milkshakes, old fashion ice cream floats, gourmet s'mores and homemade cinnamon rolls. (outside)

  • Crystal Boot- clothing, jewelry, shoes , accessories with a western vibe 
  • Rustic Rose Jewelry -Handmade jewelry​
  • Red Barn Creations 605-Corrugated tin cutouts, signs wood and tin

Vendor info/guidelines/rules 
  1. Vendor space is available  in 2 areas
  2. Indoor Space- located inside the the SC Arena & Activity Center (indoor arena) cement area on South side behind bleachers
  3. Outdoors- for tents or trailers
  4. Space for clothing, jewelry, gifts etc.- $250 for a 10" x 12" space ( number of booths may be limited )
  5. Limited food vendors- pre- approval of food/menu must be made prior to completing this form.
  6. We are limited to 1 exclusive show supply vendor 
  7. Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs if needed
  8. Electricity is very limited- outdoor vendors please plan to use generators
  9. Wi-Fi is  not available 
  10. Payment cash or check prior to set up - bring to show office. Checks payable to SC Showdown
  11. Set up is available after 2 pm on Friday afternoon
  12. Vendors are expected to be open throughout show on Saturday and Sunday. Opening Friday evening is at your discretion. 
  13. SC Showdown is not responsible for theft - security is not provided 
  14. Registered  vendors will be promoted on our website and Facebook page- upload your logo and or photo on this form
