ENTRY PROCESS FOR ALL ENTRIES
  •  Pre Entries and Show Day ( onsite) entries taken through Showman. app
  •  If you have not previously used the Showman.app please take time to create your account prior to arrival at the show if you do not plan to pre-enter.
  • A family can create 1 account, you do not need an individual account for each exhibitor.
  • Pre Entries- you will be able to go into your entries and edit to enter weight, breed, tag# etc prior to the close of entries on show days.
  • If you choose not to pre- enter make your entries and declare weights on the way to the show! or do it after you arrive, please make sure you know when entries/weight turn in closes for each species each day . See show schedule here or  on the Showman.app 
  •  Pre- entries close on Wednesday, April 23, 11:59 CST after this time a $5 late fee will be applied to each entry.
  • Pre-Entry Cattle $30,  after 4/23 $35
  • Pre- Entry Sheep/Goats/Pigs $25, after 4/23 $30
  • With the Showman.app you do NOT have to fill out entry forms or cards for individual animals at the show
  • Each exhibitor will be given an Exhibitor Number/Back Number to wear when exhibiting all animals and showmanship. You will use the same Exhibitor's number both days for all species and showmanship.
  • After check-in/ entries close on show day weights and breeds cannot be changed.
  • You will be able to view classes/show programs on the Showman.app on show day. Results will also be visible on Showman after they are posted

Late and Show day entries accepted with $5 late fee per animal . Must enter 
Entry Fees
Beef - $30 per head, After April 23 / Show day $35 per head
Hogs, Sheep, Goats $25 per head.  After April 23/Show day $30 per head
Ewes, Gilts, Doe kids and Heifers shown in prospect market classes may be exhibited in breeding classes providing proper entry and fees are paid for both classes.

Check in- Entry Schedule 
Friday, April 25
1 pm Fairgrounds open for early arrivals.  DO NOT arrive prior to 1 pm.​
6 to 8 pm  Office Pen for check-in
  • Early check in/ for pre- entries and "show day" entries.
  • You may check in for both days one time
  • All entries must check in at the show office by the designated time to confirm that you are showing the animals you entered. If you don't check-in you will be considered a no-show and  your entries will be scratched.
  • Pick up exhibitor's number, one number will be used both days for all species and showmanship you have entered.
  • Sign thank you cards. 
  • Prior to coming to check in you must enter and declare weights on Showman.app.
  • You will not receive your exhibitor number until your check-in/entry is complete and all fees are paid.

Saturday. April 26
7:30 am  Office Opens for check-in.
  • Prior to coming to check in you must enter and declare weights on Showman.app.
  • You will not receive your exhibitor number until your check-in/entry is complete and all fees are paid.
  • You may check- in for both days one time
  • 8:30 am: Hog check-in , declare weight deadline.
    8:30 am:  Meat Goat check-in , declare weight deadline.
    10 am: Sheep check-in , declare weight deadline.
    11am Cattle check-in , declare weight deadline.

  • Sign thank you notes
  • All entries must check in at the show office by the designated time to confirm that you are showing the animals you entered. If you don't check-in you will be considered a no-show and  your entries will be scratched.

6 pm- 7 pm Early Check in for Sunday if you did not check-in prior.

  • Prior to coming to check in you must enter and declare weights on Showman.app.
  • You will not receive your exhibitor number until your check-in/entry is complete and all fees are paid
  • 8 am:  Meat Goat check-in , declare weight deadline.
  • 8 am: Hog check-in , declare weight deadline.
  • 10am Cattle check-in , declare weight deadline.
  • 11 am: Sheep check-in , declare weight deadline
